I'm a Registered Dietitian living in the Dallas, TX area with my husband and Golden Retriever - and we're expecting our first baby in July 2023! I have an extensive background in both sports nutrition and eating disorder care. Over the past few years, I've come to love helping women recover their periods through nutrition strategies and lifestyle management. Thanks to my background, I understand the unique needs of female athletes and highly active women. I also practice from an Intuitive Eating approach, so if you have a history of disordered eating, know that you are in good hands.

Your Period Recovery Roadmap:

  • Phase 1: Foundations

    Here we'll cover everything you need to know about amenorrhea, your hormones, and overall health. We'll debunk misinformation surrounding weight, HA misconceptions and nutrition's role in recovery. You'll also receive extensive guidance on the critical food and exercise changes you'll need to make to kickstart your recovery process.

  • Phase 2: Mindset Overhaul

    Next we'll addresses all of the juicy stuff: mindset blocks, diet culture and body image beliefs that are keeping you from nourishing your body strategically. As you unblock your. mindset, you'll be supported and encouraged to take the lifestyle changes we started in Phase 1 to an even more impactful level.

  • Phase 3: Recovery Deep Dive

    This is where we get even more nitty gritty into HA recovery. We'll discuss cycle tracking, competitive athlete considerations, high level stress management, and supplements. By the end of Phase 3, you'll be a period recovery rockstar with insane amounts of knowledge and practical tools. And - depending on your health at the start of this journey - your period may be back by now!

FAQ

  • How much of a time commitment will this be?

    I totally get that you're busy, so I aim to be efficient with our time together! You can expect about 1.5 hours of commitment per week: a 1 hour group call, plus ~30 minutes reviewing materials and/or planning how you are going to implement what we covered in our call.

  • Do you offer any 1-on-1 support within the program??

    Yes! You will always have the opportunity to message me individually in Slack if you have a question that you aren't comfortable asking on our group calls. If you want even more 1-on-1 support, I do offer a VIP add on that includes labwork, 3 1-on-1 calls and food journal reviews. This upgrade is by application only because spots are very limited.   • What time are the group calls each week?

    TBD - I will poll everyone the week before the program begins to find a time that works for as many people as possible. All calls are recorded and if you know you're going to miss a call, you can submit questions ahead of time to ensure you get all the help you need.

  • What if I don't regain my period by the end of the program?

    Your timeline to period recovery is unique, because no two bodies are the same. However, you will leave the 3 months of coaching with all of the tools you need to achieve and sustain period recovery - I will make sure of that! Additionally, you get 3 months of complimentary access to our alumni Slack community after the program ends to keep the momentum going as you get closer to that first recovery period.

  • Will our access to the Slack Community end after program is completed?

    You will get complimentary access to the Slack Community for 3 months after the program ends. That way you have continued support, a place to ask questions, and stay connected with your fellow groupmates!

  • I’ve joined other programs before and didn’t receive the support I needed, how is this program different?

    I completely understand, because I've been there before as well. I am active in our Slack community every day (barring the occassional day off, in which case another RD will hop in Slack to help you) and pride myself on being very attentive to my clients' needs.
