A 12-week course built to help you regain trust in your body and nourish your way to regular periods
You have been missing your period for 3 months or more and don't know why - or despite knowing why, you can't figure out how to get it back on your own
You eat "clean," feel bloated often, or feel like there are so many foods you can't eat
You are nervous about gaining weight but know getting your period back is worth it
You care about your health: Whether it's protecting your bones, getting pregnant in the future, or keeping yourself injury-free, you want to do right by your body!
You feel overwhelmed because you want to eat enough to get your period ... but not too much
You don't know what changes to make to food, exercise, or your lifestyle to get your period back naturally
The only solution you've been offered by a doctor is to go on birth control to "fix" your missing periods, but that's not the route you want to go
You're an athlete or active woman and are at least 18 years old
You have an active eating disorder with medical complications and don't have a physician or therapist currently
You are 100% against the possibility of gaining weight - even if it means improving your health and getting your period back
You plan to get on birth control to "fix" your periods or have to stay on hormonal birth control right now for other reasons

I totally get that you're busy, so I aim to be efficient with our time together! You can expect about 1.5 hours of commitment per week: a 1 hour group call, plus ~30 minutes reviewing materials and/or planning how you are going to implement what we covered in our call.
Yes! You will always have the opportunity to message me individually in Slack if you have a question that you aren't comfortable asking on our group calls. If you want even more 1-on-1 support, I do offer a VIP add on that includes labwork, 3 1-on-1 calls and food journal reviews. This upgrade is by application only because spots are very limited. Please book a free 20-minute call so we can discuss whether or not this add-on is a good fit for you - the link to book is at the bottom of the page.
TBD - I will poll everyone the week before the program begins to find a time that works for as many people as possible. All calls are recorded and if you know you're going to miss a call, you can submit questions ahead of time to ensure you get all the help you need.
Your timeline to period recovery is unique, because no two bodies are the same. However, you will leave the 3 months of coaching with all of the tools you need to achieve and sustain period recovery - I will make sure of that! Additionally, you get 3 months of complimentary access to our alumni Slack community after the program ends to keep the momentum going as you get closer to that first recovery period.
You will get complimentary access to the Slack Community for 3 months after the program ends. That way you have continued support, a place to ask questions, and stay connected with your fellow groupmates!
I completely understand, because I've been there before as well. I am active in our Slack community every day (barring the occassional day off, in which case another RD will hop in Slack to help you) and pride myself on being very attentive to my clients' needs.
